E. Exploration #5: Student Contracts

Each student in all seven classes Fall Term 2018 must sign a student contract for 5 points on the first day of class on-campus class.

This form will serve as attendance the first day of on campus class.

(For on-campus classes a hard copy will be distributed to be signed the first day and submitted upon leaving class that day.)
